Not all scientific achievements were made by men. In fact, some of the greatest accomplishments were made by dogs.

On August 19, 1960 the USSR launched Korabl-Sputnik 2 and on board were two mix-breed strays that were found wandering the streets of Russia named Belka (Squirrel) and Strelka (Little Arrow). They spent a day in space accompanied by a grey rabbit, 42 mice, 2 rats, and some flies before safely returning to Earth and all the sausages they could eat.

Digital art print on gallery quality matt art paper using archival inks, from an original and rare vintage Russian matchbox label.
